REQUIREMENTS: 

• Schengen Visa Application form
• 3pcs. Passport size picture
• Valid passport & Old Passport/s
• Cover letter explaining the purpose of the trip and proposed day-to-day itinerary (provided from us)
• Proof of Accommodation
• Round Trip Airline Reservation (provided from us)
• For family visit, proof of relationship with the host (birth certificate, marriage certificate…)
• Certificate of employment with monthly salary and leave of absence approved by employer, or if self employed, Business permits (DTI/COR/Mayors Permit)
• Latest Income Tax Return
• Recent personal bank certification
• Photocopy of the last six months’ statement of account of the same bank account
• PSA Marriage contract (if married)
• PSA Birth certificate
• An international travel insurance (additional fee for the applicant)

• OFFICIAL INVITATION LETTER
• Copy Passport/Citizenship ID
• Proof of Financial Means (Bank Cert/COE)
