REQUIREMENTS: 

• Application Form
• Two passport-size picture
• Valid/Old Passport
• Ticket Reservation
• Copy of employment contract or social security contributions (if relevant)
• Copy of real estate property- title deed (if relevant)
• Proof of family ties in the Philippines (e.g. marriage certificate)
• Hotel Accommodation reservation
• If employed:
• -Certificate of employment
• -Certificate of leave of absence
• If self-employed:
• -DTI/SEC registration of business
• -Income Tax Return
• -Business Financial Statement
• Travel Insurance
• Original invitation letter (not older than 6 months) signed by the person who is inviting in Malta
• Proof of relationship with the sponsor/inviter
• Original Bank Certificate with the last three months.
