1. Destination and Dates
The Guest agrees to participate in the tour to the destination specified in the booking confirmation provided by Wandertrift. The tour dates shall follow the itinerary agreed upon at the time of booking.
2. Payment Terms
• Reservation Fee: ₱340,000 (non-refundable, deductible from the total package cost).
• Balance Payment Deadline: February 20, 2026. Failure to pay the balance by this date may result in cancellation of the booking.
• Payment Methods: Payments may be made via bank transfer, GCash, or credit card (credit card transactions may incur applicable fees).
• By submitting the reservation or downpayment, the Guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated herein. The payment serves as acknowledgment and acceptance of this Agreement in full.
• Late Payment: A 10% late payment fee shall be applied to the remaining balance if payment is not received by the specified deadline.
3. Cancellation Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellations:
• More than 30 days prior to departure: forfeiture of reservation fee.
• 15–29 days prior to departure: 50% of total package cost.
• 14 days or less prior to departure: 100% of total package cost.
Supplier-Initiated Changes:
Wandertrift reserves the right to adjust itineraries, accommodations, or transportation arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, flight changes, or other events beyond our control, while ensuring services of similar value.
4. Rebooking
Rebooking requests must be submitted at least 45 days prior to the travel date. A rebooking fee of ₱5,000 per person shall apply. Rebooking requests made within 45 days of departure may not be accommodated or may incur additional fees.
5. Required Documents
The Guest shall submit all necessary travel documents, including:
• Passport valid for at least six (6) months from the date of departure,
• Visa documents (if applicable),
• Any other required documentation.
Documents must be provided to Wandertrift at least 2–3 months prior to departure. Wandertrift shall not be responsible for visa issues or any complications arising from missing or incorrect documentation.
6. Accommodation
The Guest acknowledges that standard hotel check-in and check-out times may vary. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges. Hotels may require a security deposit, refundable upon check-out.
7. Force Majeure
Wandertrift shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Agreement due to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, civil disturbances, or any other conditions beyond its reasonable control.
8. Flight Cancellations & Delays
Wandertrift shall not be responsible for any airline cancellations, delays, or schedule changes.
9. Baggage and Personal Belongings
The Guest agrees not to leave baggage or personal belongings unattended. Wandertrift shall not be liable for loss or damage to personal items during the tour.
10. Changes and Amendments
Wandertrift reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary, accommodations, or other aspects of the tour without prior notice, while striving to maintain similar service quality.
11. Immigration Inspections
Wandertrift is not responsible for passengers who fail to pass immigration inspection or are offloaded at any airport, including Manila, Clark, Cebu, or other international airports. All tour fees are non-refundable for guests denied entry.
12. Travel Requirements
Guests are responsible for ensuring they possess all necessary travel documents, including but not limited to:
• Travel Authority for government employees,
• DSWD clearance for minors not traveling with parents,
• Any other documentation required by local or international authorities.
13. Agreement
By signing below, the Guest acknowledges and agrees to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
