WANDERTRIFT AFFILIATE PROGRAM

Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: August 3, 2026 Program Operator: Wandertrift Travel & Tours ("Wandertrift," "we," "us," or "our") Principal Office: [Complete business address] Affiliate Support Email: wandertriftsales@gmail.com Privacy Contact/DPO Email: [Privacy or DPO email]

These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern participation in the Wandertrift Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By submitting an application, clicking the acceptance box, or continuing to participate after approval, the applicant or approved affiliate (the **"Affiliate," "you," or "your") confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, the Wandertrift Privacy Notice, and the applicable campaign or commission rules shown in the Affiliate Dashboard.

If you do not agree, do not apply for or participate in the Program.

1. Purpose of the Program

The Program allows approved Affiliates to promote eligible Wandertrift travel products and services through authorized referral links, referral codes, discount codes, QR codes, and approved promotional materials. A qualifying referral may earn a commission according to the applicable commission rule.

Participation does not guarantee any minimum income, booking, commission, discount, or continued eligibility.

2. Eligibility

To apply, you must:

  1. Be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into a contract;
  2. Provide complete, accurate, and current application, identity, contact, payout, and tax information;
  3. Maintain an active email address and Philippine mobile number, unless Wandertrift permits otherwise;
  4. Own or be authorized to use the website, page, account, channel, or community you identify in your application;
  5. Comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and these Terms; and
  6. Not be subject to a conflict, restriction, suspension, or prior termination that Wandertrift reasonably determines makes participation inappropriate.

Employees, contractors, suppliers, sub-agents, and their immediate household members may apply only if Wandertrift expressly permits it. Wandertrift may impose separate conflict-of-interest and commission rules on these applicants.

An applicant has no right to participate until Wandertrift approves and activates the Affiliate account.

3. Application, Verification, and Account Linking

Wandertrift may review, approve, reject, place on hold, or request additional information for any application based on legitimate Program, legal, security, fraud-prevention, brand-safety, or operational considerations.

If you already have a Wandertrift client account, your Affiliate profile will be linked to that account whenever reasonably possible. You must not create multiple accounts to obtain additional discounts, extend attribution periods, bypass restrictions, or generate duplicate commissions.

You authorize Wandertrift to verify the information and documents you submit, subject to applicable privacy laws and the Wandertrift Privacy Notice. You must promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate.

Government identification, bank details, tax information, and other sensitive information must be submitted only through Wandertrift's authorized secure channels. Do not send sensitive documents through public comments or unauthorized messaging accounts.

4. Affiliate Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity performed through your account, except to the extent caused by Wandertrift's own breach of duty.

You must immediately notify Wandertrift if you suspect unauthorized access, account compromise, misuse of your referral code, or unauthorized changes to your payout information.

Affiliate accounts and codes are personal to the approved Affiliate and may not be sold, transferred, rented, sublicensed, or shared without Wandertrift's prior written approval.

5. Independent Contractor Relationship

The Affiliate is an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, joint venturer, franchisee, representative, travel agent, sub-agent, or legal agent of Wandertrift.

Unless separately authorized in writing, the Affiliate may not:

  1. Issue quotations, invoices, official receipts, booking confirmations, or travel documents for Wandertrift;
  2. Collect or receive customer payments on Wandertrift's behalf;
  3. Confirm availability, pricing, visa approval, refunds, rebooking, or reservations;
  4. Negotiate or alter Wandertrift's prices, inclusions, exclusions, or terms;
  5. Bind Wandertrift to any obligation;
  6. Represent that the Affiliate is employed by or owns a branch of Wandertrift; or
  7. Use titles such as "official Wandertrift travel agent" unless separately authorized.

The Affiliate is responsible for their own equipment, connectivity, business expenses, registrations, permits, and tax obligations.

6. Referral Links and Codes

Wandertrift may provide the Affiliate with a unique Affiliate ID, referral link, referral code, discount code, package-specific link, or QR code (collectively, "Referral Tools").

Referral Tools remain subject to Wandertrift's control. Wandertrift may deactivate, replace, correct, or restrict a Referral Tool when reasonably necessary to address security, fraud, technical errors, expired campaigns, legal compliance, misleading use, brand risk, or operational requirements.

The Affiliate must not:

  1. Alter a Referral Tool in a way that breaks tracking or misleads a customer;
  2. create confusingly similar, deceptive, offensive, or impersonating codes;
  3. hide, manipulate, overwrite, inject, or force referral tracking without the customer's genuine interaction;
  4. use cookie stuffing, click injection, unauthorized browser extensions, adware, malware, bots, automated traffic, invisible frames, or similar techniques;
  5. claim a customer, lead, inquiry, quotation, or booking that existed before the valid referral; or
  6. encourage customers to create duplicate accounts or provide false information.

7. Referral Attribution

Unless a campaign states otherwise, a referral may be tracked for thirty (30) days from the customer's valid interaction with the Affiliate's Referral Tool.

The following default attribution rules apply:

  1. An Affiliate attribution already locked to a lead or booking remains assigned to that Affiliate unless Wandertrift approves a correction;
  2. If no attribution is locked, a valid referral or discount code entered by the customer may determine attribution;
  3. If no code is entered, the most recent valid referral link within the attribution period may determine attribution;
  4. If no valid Referral Tool is detected, the transaction will be treated as a non-affiliate booking; and
  5. Only one Affiliate will receive credit for a booking unless Wandertrift expressly creates a written split-commission arrangement.

Attribution is subject to accurate system tracking and validation. A screenshot, chat message, verbal claim, or customer statement alone does not automatically establish entitlement to commission. Wandertrift will review reasonable attribution disputes using available system records and supporting evidence.

An Affiliate must report an attribution concern within [15] calendar days after the relevant lead or booking appears—or should reasonably have appeared—in the Affiliate Dashboard. Late claims may be denied when records are no longer reasonably verifiable.

8. Discount Codes

A referral code and a discount rule are separate. A Referral Tool may:

  1. Track a referral and provide a customer discount;
  2. Track a referral without providing a discount;
  3. Provide a discount only for selected products, customers, booking periods, travel dates, or campaigns; or
  4. Become invalid because of expiration, usage limits, exclusions, booking changes, or campaign closure.

Discounts may be a fixed amount per booking, a fixed amount per eligible passenger, a percentage discount, or another benefit stated in the applicable campaign.

Unless expressly allowed:

  1. Only one Affiliate discount may be used per booking;
  2. Affiliate discounts may not be combined with another promotion;
  3. A code may not be added after booking confirmation merely to create Affiliate credit;
  4. Discounts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or withdrawn as cash;
  5. A discount applies only to eligible components identified by Wandertrift; and
  6. Changes to the package, date, passenger count, price, or booking may require the discount to be revalidated or recalculated.

A discount validly applied and confirmed will ordinarily remain part of that booking even if the public campaign later expires, subject to correction of an obvious error, fraud, unauthorized use, booking amendment, supplier change, or legal requirement.

The Affiliate may not fund, supplement, advertise, or promise an additional discount in Wandertrift's name without prior written approval.

9. Qualifying Referrals and Commissions

A tracked referral does not automatically create a commission. A commission is earned only when all requirements under these Terms and the applicable commission rule are satisfied.

A referral may qualify only if:

  1. The customer used a valid Referral Tool;
  2. Attribution was validly recorded and was not already locked to another source;
  3. The referred booking covers an eligible product or campaign;
  4. The customer and Affiliate are not engaged in self-referral, collusion, duplication, fraud, or other prohibited conduct;
  5. Required customer payments were received and verified;
  6. The booking was not cancelled, refunded, charged back, or made ineligible;
  7. Any required travel-departure or refund-risk period has passed; and
  8. Finance approved the commission.

The applicable commission may be stated as a fixed amount per booking, fixed amount per eligible paying passenger, percentage of an eligible booking value, percentage of net margin, campaign bonus, or another written formula.

Commission rates, eligible products, qualification conditions, campaign dates, and exclusions will be displayed in the Affiliate Dashboard or applicable campaign notice. These commercial rules form part of these Terms for the corresponding referral.

Unless the applicable campaign expressly states otherwise, commission will be based on the final eligible booking after discounts, amendments, excluded charges, removed passengers, refunds, and adjustments.

The Affiliate is not entitled to commission on taxes, government fees, visa fees, travel tax, supplier penalties, rebooking fees, cancellation fees, chargebacks, refunded amounts, complimentary passengers, non-paying infants, internal or test bookings, or other excluded components identified by Wandertrift.

10. Commission Status and Reversals

Commission records may move through the following statuses:

Tracked, Pending, Qualified, On Hold, Approved, Available for Payout, Paid, Rejected, Reversed, or Disputed.

A commission may be placed on hold, recalculated, rejected, or reversed when:

  1. The booking is cancelled, partially cancelled, refunded, disputed, or charged back;
  2. A passenger is removed or the booking value decreases;
  3. The product, date, or booking becomes ineligible;
  4. Payment is unverified, reversed, fraudulent, or unpaid;
  5. The referral was incorrectly attributed;
  6. These Terms or campaign rules were violated;
  7. The Affiliate account is suspended pending investigation; or
  8. A system or calculation error occurred.

Wandertrift will maintain a record of material financial adjustments. If a commission already paid is later properly reversed, Wandertrift may offset the reversed amount against future commissions or request repayment, subject to applicable law and reasonable supporting records.

11. Self-Referrals and Related Transactions

Self-referrals are prohibited unless a campaign expressly allows them. A self-referral may include a booking made by or primarily for:

  1. The Affiliate;
  2. A person in the Affiliate's household;
  3. An account, business, or payment instrument controlled by the Affiliate;
  4. A person used to disguise the Affiliate as the real customer; or
  5. A duplicate or fabricated customer identity.

Legitimate referrals involving relatives, friends, employees, or business contacts may be reviewed for genuine customer identity, payment, and travel. Relationship alone does not automatically establish fraud, but the Affiliate must not manipulate the transaction.

12. Payouts

Only commissions marked Available for Payout may be withdrawn.

Payouts are subject to:

  1. The minimum payout threshold shown in the Affiliate Dashboard;
  2. Wandertrift's published payout schedule;
  3. Accurate and verified payout details;
  4. Completion of identity and tax requirements;
  5. Applicable deductions, withholding taxes, bank charges, transfer charges, reversals, or approved offsets; and
  6. Finance review and approval.

Payout methods may include GCash, bank transfer, or another method approved by Wandertrift. The Affiliate is responsible for ensuring that the account name and details are correct and legally usable by the Affiliate.

Wandertrift is not responsible for delay or loss caused by incorrect information supplied by the Affiliate, payout-provider downtime, banking restrictions, force majeure, or a lawful compliance review. Wandertrift will, however, reasonably assist in tracing a payment made using the information provided.

Changes to payout details may trigger re-verification or a temporary security hold. Wandertrift will never request an Affiliate's banking password, PIN, or one-time password.

Paid transactions will not be deleted or silently edited. Corrections will be recorded through an adjustment, reversal, or supplemental payout.

13. Taxes and Documentation

The Affiliate is responsible for registering, declaring, and paying taxes and other obligations applicable to their Affiliate income.

Wandertrift may request a Tax Identification Number, registration document, official invoice, receipt, sworn declaration, or other documentation required by law or accounting policy. Wandertrift may deduct and remit withholding tax or other legally required amounts and may issue the applicable tax certificate.

The Affiliate's failure to provide legally required documents may delay or prevent payout until compliance is completed.

14. Marketing and Advertising Standards

The Affiliate must market Wandertrift accurately, honestly, and responsibly.

Every Affiliate promotion must:

  1. Clearly disclose the Affiliate relationship in a way that is easy to notice and understand, such as "Wandertrift Affiliate," "Affiliate link," or "I may earn a commission from qualifying bookings";
  2. Use current and approved prices, inclusions, exclusions, travel dates, images, claims, and disclaimers;
  3. State material conditions that could affect a customer's decision;
  4. Avoid false, deceptive, misleading, unverified, or exaggerated claims;
  5. Direct the customer to Wandertrift's official booking and payment channels; and
  6. Comply with the rules of the social media, advertising, messaging, or marketplace platform used.

The Affiliate must not:

  1. Guarantee visa approval, immigration entry, airfare availability, hotel availability, refunds, upgrades, or travel outcomes unless the exact claim is contained in current Wandertrift-approved material and all qualifications are shown;
  2. Advertise a package as "all-in," "free," "guaranteed," "lowest," or similar without the required qualifications;
  3. Conceal exclusions, mandatory charges, eligibility conditions, or material restrictions;
  4. Publish fake reviews, fake bookings, fabricated testimonials, or manipulated customer results;
  5. Send unlawful spam or use purchased, scraped, or unauthorized contact lists;
  6. Post discriminatory, harassing, obscene, defamatory, unlawful, or unsafe content in connection with Wandertrift;
  7. Impersonate Wandertrift, its owner, employees, branches, or authorized agents;
  8. Create pages, domains, email addresses, or usernames that reasonably appear to be an official Wandertrift property;
  9. Bid on Wandertrift trademarks, misspellings, or branded search terms in paid advertising without prior written approval;
  10. Run paid advertisements using Wandertrift branding without prior written approval; or
  11. Make representations about a competitor that are false, misleading, or unsupported.

When Wandertrift asks for the correction or removal of noncompliant content, the Affiliate must act promptly and no later than [24 hours] for ordinary issues or immediately for urgent legal, safety, fraud, or brand-impersonation issues.

15. Approved Materials and Intellectual Property

Wandertrift grants the active Affiliate a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use approved Wandertrift names, logos, links, photographs, captions, and campaign materials solely to participate in the Program.

The Affiliate may not:

  1. Register or claim ownership over Wandertrift trademarks, logos, domains, usernames, designs, or confusingly similar identifiers;
  2. materially edit an official poster or disclosure in a way that creates a misleading statement;
  3. remove copyright, trademark, pricing, validity, or disclaimer notices;
  4. use expired or withdrawn materials after receiving notice; or
  5. use Wandertrift intellectual property for an unrelated business or after Program termination.

All ownership rights remain with Wandertrift or the relevant content owner. No license is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

16. Customer Information and Privacy

The Affiliate must not collect passports, government IDs, payment-card information, bank credentials, medical information, visa documents, or other sensitive customer data on Wandertrift's behalf unless expressly authorized in writing and provided with a secure approved process.

Customer information visible in the Affiliate Dashboard may be limited or masked. The Affiliate may use it only for the Program purpose for which access was provided and may not copy, sell, share, disclose, profile, or use it for unrelated marketing.

The Affiliate must:

  1. Follow the principles of transparency, legitimate purpose, and proportionality;
  2. use reasonable organizational, physical, and technical safeguards;
  3. notify Wandertrift immediately of any suspected loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, or breach;
  4. honor lawful privacy instructions and access restrictions; and
  5. securely delete information when no longer required or when instructed, subject to lawful retention requirements.

Wandertrift will process Affiliate information for application review, identity verification, account management, attribution, fraud prevention, commission calculation, payout, tax compliance, support, audit, security, and legal purposes as described in the Wandertrift Privacy Notice.

Consent for optional marketing communications must be presented separately from acceptance of these Terms when required.

17. Records, Monitoring, and Audit

Wandertrift may maintain and review records reasonably necessary to operate and protect the Program, including Referral Tool activity, attribution, discount use, bookings, payment status, commission calculations, payout history, account changes, fraud flags, and acceptance of these Terms.

Wandertrift may request reasonable supporting information when investigating suspected errors, fraud, duplicate accounts, misleading advertising, customer complaints, or violations. Reviews will be conducted proportionately and subject to applicable privacy requirements.

The Affiliate must not interfere with security controls, audit logs, tracking, or fraud-detection systems.

18. Suspension and Termination

The Affiliate may leave the Program at any time by following the account-deactivation process or sending written notice to the Affiliate support address.

Wandertrift may suspend or terminate participation immediately for serious cause, including fraud, theft, unauthorized payment collection, impersonation, privacy breach, unlawful conduct, material misrepresentation, manipulation of tracking, repeated customer complaints, misuse of intellectual property, or a material breach that creates legal, financial, customer, or security risk.

For a curable non-serious breach, Wandertrift may provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue before termination.

Upon suspension or termination:

  1. Referral Tools may be deactivated;
  2. the Affiliate must stop representing themselves as a Wandertrift Affiliate and stop using Wandertrift materials;
  3. pending commissions may be held while affected transactions are reviewed;
  4. valid, fully qualified commissions earned before termination will ordinarily remain payable, subject to these Terms, lawful deductions, and any proven breach-related adjustment; and
  5. fraudulent, fabricated, duplicated, cancelled, refunded, or otherwise ineligible transactions will not be paid.

Provisions concerning accrued payment rights, taxes, confidentiality, privacy, intellectual property, records, liability, dispute resolution, and other provisions intended by their nature to survive will remain effective after termination.

19. Program Changes

Wandertrift may update these Terms or the Program to address new features, laws, security needs, supplier arrangements, campaign economics, or operational requirements.

For a material change, Wandertrift will provide reasonable advance notice through the Affiliate Dashboard, registered email address, or another recorded channel, unless immediate implementation is reasonably required by law, fraud prevention, security, system integrity, or customer protection.

Changes will apply prospectively from their stated effective date. A later commission-rule change will not retroactively reduce a commission already earned under the rule applicable when the relevant booking became qualified, except to correct fraud, error, illegality, cancellation, refund, chargeback, or an expressly disclosed booking adjustment.

Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If the Affiliate does not agree, the Affiliate must stop using Referral Tools and terminate participation before the new terms take effect.

20. Program Availability and Errors

Wandertrift does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website, Affiliate Dashboard, tracking, third-party platforms, or payout networks.

Wandertrift may correct an obvious pricing, discount, tracking, attribution, commission, or technical error. Corrections must be supported by system records or a reasonable documented review and must not be used arbitrarily to avoid a valid earned commission.

The Affiliate should retain their own reasonable records of campaigns and reported transactions but must protect any personal information contained in those records.

21. Confidentiality

The Affiliate must keep confidential any non-public information received through the Program, including internal campaign plans, access credentials, customer information, unreleased packages, business processes, supplier information, commission logic not made public, security information, and investigation records.

Confidential information does not include information that the Affiliate can demonstrate was lawfully public, independently developed without using Wandertrift's information, or lawfully received from another person without confidentiality restrictions.

Disclosure is permitted when required by law, provided the Affiliate gives notice when legally allowed and discloses only what is required.

22. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, the Affiliate will be responsible for substantiated third-party claims, losses, penalties, or reasonable costs arising from the Affiliate's unlawful advertising, unauthorized promises, unauthorized collection of payment or personal data, infringement, fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or material breach of these Terms.

Wandertrift will promptly notify the Affiliate of a covered claim and allow reasonable participation in the defense, subject to Wandertrift's right to protect its customers, licenses, accreditation, reputation, and legal interests.

23. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising solely from participation in the Program, including loss of anticipated profit, followers, reach, or opportunity.

Subject to the preceding sentence and except for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, confidentiality or privacy breach, intellectual-property infringement, unpaid earned commissions, or obligations that cannot lawfully be limited, each party's aggregate liability relating to the Program will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the Affiliate during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

24. Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemic or pandemic restrictions, war, civil disturbance, government action, widespread telecommunications or banking failure, cyberattack not caused by the affected party's failure to use reasonable safeguards, or supplier disruption.

The affected party must take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and resume performance. This clause does not erase a payment obligation that became due before the event, although processing may be reasonably delayed.

25. Notices

Program notices may be delivered through the Affiliate Dashboard, the Affiliate's registered email address, or another contact method recorded in the account.

The Affiliate is responsible for keeping contact details current. A notice is considered received when recorded as delivered through the Dashboard or email system, subject to proof of material delivery failure.

Legal notices to Wandertrift must be sent to:

Wandertrift Travel & Tours [Complete address] wandertriftsales@gmail.com

26. Complaints and Disputes

Before filing a formal claim, the Affiliate should submit a written dispute containing the relevant referral, booking, commission, or payout reference and supporting information to wandertriftsales@gmail.com within the applicable claim period.

The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of complete supporting information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If the dispute is not resolved amicably, it will be submitted to the courts having lawful jurisdiction over the city or province where Wandertrift's principal office is located, subject to any mandatory venue or consumer-protection rule that applies.

27. General Provisions

These Terms, the Privacy Notice, and the applicable campaign and commission rules constitute the agreement governing Program participation.

If there is a conflict:

  1. A specific written campaign rule controls only for that campaign's commercial details;
  2. These Terms control general Program conduct and eligibility; and
  3. Applicable law controls over both.

The Affiliate may not assign their rights or obligations without Wandertrift's written approval. Wandertrift may transfer administration of the Program to an affiliated or successor entity upon notice, provided accrued valid commission rights are preserved.

Failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver of future enforcement. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply, and the invalid provision will be interpreted as closely as legally permitted to its intended purpose.

Headings are for convenience and do not limit interpretation. Electronic records and electronic acceptance may be used to evidence the agreement, subject to applicable law.

28. Electronic Acceptance

By checking "I have read and agree to the Wandertrift Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions" and submitting the application, you confirm that:

  1. You have read and understood these Terms;
  2. The information you provided is accurate;
  3. You agree to use the Program only as authorized;
  4. You understand that commissions are conditional and not guaranteed by a click, inquiry, or reservation alone; and
  5. You consent to the use of electronic records to document your application and acceptance.

The system will record the accepted Terms version, date and time, user account, and other reasonable audit information.
